MK体育中俄交響樂團成立於2017年😯，由中俄兩國演奏家共同組成，樂團是MK中俄音樂交流合作的特色項目和MK“雙一流”建設的重要成果。樂團以職業化、專業化的演奏水平🪀，為MK師生音樂表演和音樂創作提供高水平的演出協作，也為MK管弦學科專業教學提供了高層次的實踐基地💽，在促進MK教學科研和藝術實踐發展方面發揮了重要作用👯♀️。

一、基本條件
（1）演奏員崗位：

（二）崗位職責
參加樂團排練、演出、錄音錄像🤷🏼、培訓及公益性活動等，自覺堅持基本功練習，完成各項工作任務。

Recruitment Announcement
Founded in 2017, Chinese-Russian Symphony Orchestra of Harbin Conservatory of Music comprises Chinese and Russian performers. The orchestra is a characteristic project of Chinese-Russian musical exchanges and cooperation with Harbin Conservatory of Music and an important achievement of “Double First-Class” construction of Harbin Conservatory of Music. With professional and specialized level of performance, the orchestra provides high-level cooperation performance for the college teachers and students in musical performance and creation, also a high-level practice base for professional teaching of orchestral studies in the college. It also plays an important role in promoting the development of academic teaching research and artistic practices in the Harbin Conservatory of Music.
Since its establishment, Chinese-Russian Symphony Orchestra of Harbin Conservatory of Music has actively spread symphonic musical culture to the society, creating an elegant artistic atmosphere and enriching the cultural life of citizens. Besides, the orchestra also participated in performances such as “Harbin Summer Concert”, “CCTV Songs and Smiles”, and held more than 70 charity performances of “Weekend Concert of Harbin Music”, making positive contributions to the construction of “Harbin, the City of Music”. In early 2018, the orchestra made cooperation performances for the piano competition, which was highly praised by experts at home and abroad, in the “First International Music Competition in Harbin”. In order to better serve teaching researches and the development of artistic practices of the Harbin Conservatory of Music, and better enrich the cultural life of citizens, we are now fully recruiting the following personnel:

(1) Orchestra Performance Position:
① Abide by national laws, rules and relevant regulations.
② Bachelor degree or above in music major recognized by the People’s Republic of China; Working experience in an orchestra is preferred.
③ Good ideological quality, professional quality and code of conduct; Great passion for symphony causes; Professional skills and performance ability required for the position.
④ Certain English communication ability; able to adapt to daily rehearsal and professional communication in English.

(2) Orchestra Management Position:

② Wind Music: Wood Wind (4 people), Brass Wind (4 people). (Each major of wood wind and brass wind in the orchestra could be registered. The admission of major is relatively free, and is based on the professional level and ability.)
③ Percussion Music (2 people)
(2) Orchestra Management Position : Musical Service(1 person).
II Responsibilities of Position
To participate in rehearsals, performances, audio and video recordings, training and charity activities of the orchestra, consciously adhere to the practices of basic skills and complete various tasks.

（1） The applicant who apply for the player position should provide the video information of his recent performance (string music within 10 minutes, wind and percussion music within 5 minutes, no editing or accompaniment with live simultaneous sound and fixed lens).
